The staff were very helpful and professional, and showed a genuine interest in our enjoying our stay. Location is excellent, right in the pedestrian only centre.
The car park is a fair walk from the hotel when carrying luggage, but it is possible to drive to the door on departure - check with the hotel before arrival if you want to drive to the door.

Clean, spacious room of contemporary business travel type.
The lighting, as with most business hotels, was fairly dim, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Whole place was clean with particularly nice views; great location near the main square. The continental breakfast included eggs and bacon, but we were in a hurry and didn't try all the menu.

Perfect location, centre of the old town.
Internet so slow it was almost impossible to check my gmail. Booked a double room / single occupancy, but got a single room (or the smallest double room ever)

This place was a fantastic spot for a one-night stay, our room was quiet and had everything we needed like wardrobe space and comfy single beds—we really had a great time here.

Great location in the centre of Lugo, shops, cafes and bars all within walking distance. Helpful and polite staff.
The rooms were a little noisy, we could hear people walking around in the other rooms and talking in the corridors.

Everything is perfect. Ideal location, centrally located in the old town inside the Roma walls, close to both restaurants/bars and shopping area. Spotless clean and spacious rooms. But what should be stressed most is their service; Warm and friendly while very professional, reflecting their 100 year business experience. Yet very reasonable price. Best value for money in my 40 year globe trotting.
Nothing.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent.
You need to be aware of access to the hotel and parking but this was our third stay and we were familiar with what to do. However for a central location it was fine.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
